Delivery

Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping method: tracked express delivery from France.

Average delivery times: 2 to 12 working days depending on the destination country.

Delivery area: France, Europe, and selected international countries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track the delivery of your package.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your CarPlay module, you have **14 days** after receipt to request a return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@carplaypower.com with your order number.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and the procedure to follow.
  3. After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories provided.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Defective product or installation problem

If you encounter a problem with operation or installation:

  1. Send us photos/videos and a detailed description to contact@carplaypower.com
  2. We help you diagnose the problem (compatibility, connection, etc...).
  3. In the event of a confirmed defect, an exchange or a refund may be offered.
